Hey divas! This Terms of Service (TOS) agreement applies to your access and use of the websites, mobile apps, and products - collectively known as the Services - provided by ⚛️ W&T Labs.

You must be a legal adult (18+) in order to use the Services. If you are not an adult, you are expressly prohibited from creating an account.

⚛️ W&T Labs grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use and access the Services solely as permitted by these Terms. ⚛️ W&T Labs reserves all rights not expressly granted to you by these Terms.

Your license to use the Services does not include the right to collect/harvest data of any other users of the Services in order to build a similar or or competing website, directory, product, database, or service.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice to you. Any future release, update, addition, or modification to the functionality of the Services will be subject to these Terms, which may be updated on occasion. You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services or any part thereof.

To use certain features of the Services, you may be required to create a Diva ID - an Account - and provide us with certain personal information in association with an email address and password.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your Diva ID remains secure. We recommend that you use a unique password for your Diva ID, and that any booking email you include on your performer profile be different from the one you use to login to the Services.

At ⚛️ W&T Labs, we understand that personal information privacy is important, so we want you to understand how we use the personal information associated with your Diva ID.

Your legal name, login email address, phone number, date of birth, and zip code are not published on our website or sold to third-parties. Only the information that is part of a performer profile application is made accessible to other users of the Services. This includes your stage name, username, booking email, biography, photograph, skills, video links, social media links, and pronouns.

We collect information on actions you take when using the Services. This includes your interactions with other users profiles and with content, such as viewing booking information, voting, blocking, and reporting.

Information we collect automatically may include the following: your IP address, browser user agent string, operating system, referral URLs, devices information, device settings, pages visited, links clicked, the requested URL, and search terms.

We do not display any advertisements on our website that are hosted by third-party ad services. However, we may include affiliate links to third-party services and products and social media platforms. While these third-parties do not gain access to your account information, they may be able to determine the referral URL of the affiliate or social media link. When used, affiliate links support the continued operation of the Services.

We take measures to help protect your personal information. As an example, we use HTTPS to transmit information to and from your browser, and we use encryption methodologies to store all passwords. We also enforce access controls to limit which of our employees have access to non-public personal information.

We may update the Terms of Service on occasion. If we do, we will indicate a change by revising the date at the top of this document. If the changes, in our sole discretion, are material, we may also notify you by sending an email to the address associated with your account or by otherwise providing notice through our Services. We encourage you to review the TOS whenever you access or use our Services or otherwise interact with us to stay informed about these policies. By continuing to use our Services after updates to the TOS go into effect, you agree to and are bound by the revised policies.
